3 Steps to Improving Your Intuition

One of the most common questions I get from clients is "how can I be more intuitive in my own life?" A great question which has profoundly more power and value than most people acknowledge or give it credit.

Being intuitive can keep you safe in guiding you where and how to travel, give you a heads up on poor social or personal choices. It can also let you know something is off in your body, home to business.

There are endless simple, practical and priceless ways that living an intuitive lifestyle can improve the quality of your life and wellbeing on a daily basis. Here are 3 Tips to Allowing Your Own Natural Intuition:

1- Silence Is Golden:Take time daily to spend even as few as 5 minutes in silent meditation to quiet the everyday buzz of demands. This is so that you are able to be more aware of what your own energy is doing and so you can begin to strengthen your inner knowing intuitive ability even when things are chaotic. It can take time but is well worth the commitment. 

2- Tap Your Feelings: Most people err to logic instead of gut knowing. Be more aware of how you are feeling, so that when you begin to pick up awarenesses you are able to decipher what is true for you and what is not. This is key to being able to begin to develop accuracy in what intuition is relevant for you. 

3- Track Your Progress: Journal when you get a hit of information or insight and date it so that as things progress you are able to recall your information accurately and show yourself when things may come around to be true or valid. This can improve your confidence and encourage you to keep positive momentum to trust yourself. 

No matter where you consider yourself on the intuitive scale, know that it is possible to harness this capacity in a way that can improve every area of your life more than you may realize possible.
